I'd start with what I dislike. To my surprice, elevenlabs took back my remaining credits because I canceled my subscription like I did'nt pay for it. I paid for those credits but they left me the choice of forfieting my remaining credits which Id consider as bad customer management. I enjoyed using flows for my worklow and thats the good part but sadly, I can get the service somewhere else. y'all need to do better. The Ai business is a highly competitive one
