unexpected renewal
i didn't realize my subscription was due to renew a few days ago and the money was taken from my bank account. things are a bit tight right now, so i wanted to try to get a refund. i didn't hold out much hope, but when support answered the chat, he was SUPER friendly and understanding. he immediately offered me a one-time renewal and was incredibly kind and polite the entire chat.
