I had an I had any bad experience with paying my bill last month which I didn't know you have to pay before 5:00 p.m. they were trying to charge me a late fee upon talking to the people the father they they removed the late fee enjoyed the regular payment rest assured me that I know now that on that date the billing day I have to pay by 5:00 p.m. that day . and I thought I had up to 8-9pm maybe 10:00 that day .. but FIT removed the late payment and I appreciate it...
