Steam doesnt care about its customers
After steam wouldnt give me a return on Ashes of Creation, I will never buy another pre-order on their website. It is Steams job to protect their consumers and they should have every right to take the money from ashes "devs" and give it back to the people they "serve". But that doesnt happen with steam because they are part of the scam.
