I emailed your company several times. I have an order that needs to be exchanged for another size. I am not getting the correct instruction or direction to complete. This is my last email from 4/1 which I have no response: Tashi, I am super confused on how to proceed. I received another email from you but it’s a link to leave a review not to initiate a replacement? Also, the link below and instructions are to purchase stones?? I’m just trying to get a replacement. Can you please provide clear directions on how this can be accomplished. I don’t want to write a bad review. Please help!!!
