Don’t waste your time or money!
I ordered hand held power scrubbers and round brush heads as well as cone brush heads. I received the brush heads the same day but never received the scrubbers. I almost never convinced the company I had not received but after three or four months, they acknowledged the scrubbers were not shipped. But in working with PayPal the company told PayPal if I returned the scrubbers they would give me a refund. How could I return something I never received? When I contacted Synoshi, they told me they couldn’t ship me the power scrubbers and they couldn’t refund because I waited too long to request refund or recipient. I’ve spent $82.04 with this company for 4 little plastic brushes I have no way to use.
