What an awful company
What an awful company. Customer support is pointless. You wait forever to wait forever for answers you don't get. Lazy and incompetent. Just wanted to know if I could actually buy current combos with the most up to date products. They want to sell old models at current model prices and when asked about getting current models in their combos, they say yes, and when you point out that they don't come with current. They decide not to bother saying anything again and don't end chat, so you can't sign back on to get a different agent.
