After closing my F accounts I lost access to my main account The authentication stopped working after that I Still have founds in my main account and need urgent access As I said I’m not receiving any verification emails , SMS messages or authentication tokens The IBKR mobile app ask for a verification token but nothing arrives in my email the authentication also does not appear in the app I cannot log in in at all Then I don’t know if my account F is closed no one confirm I think IBKR is the most important and best broker but suport is very difficult I look forward to hearing from you by email or +351 917807467 Ah I am Portuguese From Portugal Thank you for your assistance Kind regards José Manuel Mendonça
