My experience with FriendzTravel was very bad. I paid for my booking but never received my ticket, and I only got a message saying my request is “Processing” with no further confirmation. After payment, they asked for an additional amount to confirm the booking. Customer support is very hard to reach and slow to respond. The site does not seem like a legitimate travel agency, and the service is unreliable. I do not recommend it at all.
