I booked a flight at a promotional rate, was not able to get it. Ended up with another flight and more expensive tickets not happy with that but the people were friendly and helped

They were very helpful afterwards to get another ticket. But as soon as I first booked my ticket I got a call and got upsold another $300 for basically the same flight same time same days. It was either I don’t get my money back or I spend more on a flight I could have gotten cheaper. They were not flexible and it was hard to understand everyone. Sara was nice calling me today asking if I received the boarding pass. I won’t be booking through this company again.
