Wouldn’t book through them again
They were very helpful afterwards to get another ticket. But as soon as I first booked my ticket I got a call and got upsold another $300 for basically the same flight same time same days. It was either I don’t get my money back or I spend more on a flight I could have gotten cheaper. They were not flexible and it was hard to understand everyone. Sara was nice calling me today asking if I received the boarding pass. I won’t be booking through this company again.
