I would like to recognise a member of your team name MAX who assisted me today. Can I just say he is a credit to your company and his customer service skills are impressive. He resolved my issue with patience and professionalism. I cannot thank him enough. Many thanks Sylwia Houlston
Here’s an improved version of your review: I had a great experience working with Jenny Smith when booking my flight. She went above and beyond to find me the best deals, spending nearly an hour carefully searching for the perfect options to get me a great discount accros all carriers! While the payment process took a bit longer due to verification, and it took 1-2 hours to receive my e-tickets, the site is completely legit. Just be patient, as it’s part of their process. I highly recommend asking for Jenny Smith for excellent service!
