SCAM!!!! FALSE FLIGHT PRICES ON WEBSITE. THE PRICE YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT ACCURATE AND IT WON'T GUARANTEE YOUR FLIGHT. IF YOU CALL THEM, THEY WOULD GIVE YOU TWICE THE FLIGHT AMOUNT THAN WHAT'S DISPLAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY WOULD PROBABLY REQUEST MORE MONEY FROM YOU AFTER BOOKING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, OR YOU WON'T RECEIVE A FLIGHT CONFIRMATION UNTIL YOU PAY MORE. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

THEY NEED TO BE IN JAIL!!! Only got my boarding pass on my way to the airport, and only after lots of back and forth over the phone. When I got to the gate, the airline said it was a FRAUD!!! Friendztravel first told me they would get me on another flight to LA, but instead to Ontario, CA. When I got to the gate, they said they couldn’t get me to Ontario and would refund me—I’m still waiting. If you like WASTING TIME, MONEY, AND MENTAL HEALTH, go ahead. These people need to be in jail.

This is a scam website!!

After trying to book through them they called me back and charged me an extra $200 and would not let me cancel my flight through them. They then called me and texted me every single day asking me to leave them a 5 star review. I did eventually get my flights and everything worked out but it would have been cheaper to just book directly through the airline.

I am giving 5 stars. This rating is for Bella. I had initial struggles in getting set up with my flight. Bella was great and kept at it to assist me in getting home. Even after I lost my temper at one point, she continued to assist me to the best of her abilities. Thank you Bella.

The worst! scammer be aware! Stay away! they took forever to provide e-ticket and when at the counter reservation was flagged by airline, they bought and reversed the payment. Waiting for refund! fraud alert

I paid my last to get to my family from Austin TX to Chicago cause of a family emergency and the flight was packed Max went over and beyond to make sure I was still able to fly.If you ever run into a problem like this or any other MAX is the man to contact he was very helpful and did a great job..THANKS AGAIN MAX…..

Great customer service! Simon went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make my trip. Called back when he said he would, and has followed through ever step of the way. He found me the best price available for such a short notice trip. I won't be able to forget Simon.

A bit frustrated here

A bit frustrated here. I booked a flight, and I was really excited bc it was relatively inexpensive. I needed to go home bc I just got discharged from the military. The original flight that I wanted to purchase was ~112 dollars, which is relatively inexpensive. Come to find out, the flight got over booked, and they had to reschedule me. The guy on the phone, I did have a hard time understanding him btw… but Ik he said pay the difference of ~200, tried to convince me to pay ~410 dollars for a flight they failed to remove from their system. I’m sorry, but I’m a bit upset at this. I will not be using them again.
