Overpromises and underdelivers
Feels like they overpromise in their ads and underdeliver. So clunky and painful to get started. None of the features appeared in my dashboard. AI customer service bot responds until you reach a dead end and it sends the problem to a human. Add ons that they say are add ons like typeset aren't actually add ons and require a second paid subscription. Just seems really clunky. Pretty much wasted a day trying to even access the bloody features. On a positive - the AI content creation bot is VERY good.
