Do not order – Nilkin does not deliver and ignores refund requests
I placed an order with Nilkin on 26 March 2026. On 31 March 2026, their support replied once saying that they cannot ship to my country and offered a partial refund if I kept the order. I immediately asked for a full refund, but since then, I have sent multiple emails and received no response. The merchant has not shipped the item, ignored my refund requests, and shows a pattern of not responding to customers. This experience is frustrating, unprofessional, and should be considered fraudulent. I do not recommend ordering from Nilkin. They take your money but will likely never deliver the product or issue a refund.
