Not high end
Not knocking the bags, they are ok, but the customer service is abysmal, I have had much better experiences with companies that don’t pretend the airs and graces this one does. I have had near €1000 (€940) deducted from my account. I questioned this straight away and received no response. Then WhatsApp’d and got a less than informative response a week ago and nothing since despite follow ups. Buy Strathberry
