Phenomenal Customer Service
I've been shopping directly from Tonecheer for almost a year now and they are top tier with their book nooks & miniatures. Their customer service is phenomenal both via email and on Facebook. They are quick to respond and remedy any problems that may arise. I cannot recommend ordering directly from them (or their approved vendors) more than I already do. 100/10.
