9-in-1 Beauty Machine MS-21S9S
I totally agree with the other 5 Star Reviews of the excellent customer service provided by Miya. She always responded promptly to any questions or issues that we had in a most pleasant, courteous and professional manner. She takes customer support to another level. Miya kept us well informed and updated on some manufacturing and delivery delays. She also provided the links for a pdf user’s manual and for the various videos for the operation of the machine, as well as a course of action when we thought we had an issue with a head. In the end, there was no issue. Though time will tell how well the 9-in-1 Beauty Machine MS-21S9S actually performs, it certainly appears to be a quality and well-built machine, besides looking very nice. It was well packaged and received in working condition.
