Based in China difficult returns
Mixed feelings about my experience with this company hence the 3 stars. Bought three pairs of trousers in a ‘ buy 2 get one free’ deal with free postage. They took about two weeks to arrive from China. So I’m happy with one pair of trousers and had previously bought the same in a different colour but dismayed at the quality of the cotton of the yoga pants and they were far too big. They did respond promptly to my email but if I wanted to send these back, I would have to pay for the postage to China and that wasn’t going to happen . They offered me a 10% discount, but of course due to the buy to get one free this basically amounted to £2.90 . Luckily, I’m quite good at sewing so I have started altering these yoga pants to fit me. I wish I hadn’t bought them though.
