I believe this company is about to be shut down and they are taking funds and not supplying the product. They debited my account two weeks ago I’ve called and emailed and have gotten nowhere. I’m going to find the applicable government agency and file a regulatory complaint. This is ridiculous, their customer service is atrocious at best. If you’re considering them I look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.
