Broken items
Ordered glass vases. Nice product , true to description but arrived late and some were broken due to lack of protective packaging even though I paid extra for fragile packaging . Customer service very poor, not willing to accept responsibility for poor packaging , custom / customer not appreciated or valued in my experience . Would not use them again .
