We’ve had a great experience with Lucky Orange! The live chat is a huge plus. It makes it easy to connect with customers right away. The real-time visitor data and segments are super helpful for understanding how customers are using our site, along with the analytics and heatmaps that give us clear insights. We also really like the on-site surveys. Being able to collect feedback without sending customers away from the site is a big win. Overall, it’s been a really useful tool for improving both customer experience and site performance.
