An item I ordered was missing from the order of 3 items with no advice whatsoever from you. I had to enquire about it and it was then you advised there was a problem with the item during processing and that you would investigate further. You subsequently advised the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled. This was only a couple of days ago and to my surprise, I saw it listed on your online shop as 'in stock'. Not good customer experience.
