The information regarding products that are in stock in Dubai or travelling from uk is not transparent. So even if you select only products that are mentioned « in stock, shipped in 24h » thinking that products are in Dubai without duties to be paid, you finally end up with customs to be paid without knowing exactly for which product.
You have to pay cash at delivery but most of the time you’re never at home when your delivery is coming so no way to receive it.

This is yet another order where Lookfantastic is not able to ship a product due to it being out of stock or shipping restrictions. It's never happened to me with any other online store. Quite frustrating.

Very poorly choice of delivery company leaves bad impression on Lookfantastic.
They chose EMX to deliver my package. This is a very poorly organized delivery services company. I encourage you to read reviewed on EMX to understand how unprofessional this delivery company is.
My advice to Lookfantastic is to change the delivery service provider. Until then - no more orders from Lookfantastic from me.

This happenes everytime. It tells me the total (with vat) then when i purchase/ pay it always takes more money than it says. It’s not vat and it’s not custom fees because that’s taken once it is delivered. It is a probably a hidden fee that shouldn’t be there and it’s a scam.
