i would never and i repeat NEVER use this company again. its the worst company in the world. they are liers. every delivery has a problem. every. they dont deliver what you order. out of 3 products you order - 1 at best would be available. then turns out there are some taxes on delivery. and they vary. price for the product could be the same. yet taxes are twice fold different sometimes. i fell for the discounts twice, but no amount of discounts are worth so much stress. never NEVER again.

I have been a customer of Look Fantastic.ae for some time and wanted to share my experience in the hope it gets resolved and helps others. Since March 2026 I have been chasing a postage refund on a defective item I was asked to send back to the UK. I was told I was entitled to a postage refund as the Free Returns policy was not applicable in my country.. I was given a reference number and a payment confirmation showing it had been sent to my PayPal account. The money never arrived, and I have screenshots from my PayPal account to prove it. Every time I have followed up I have been told it is with the finance team and someone will be in touch. No one has. Three months is a long time for what should be a straightforward refund. I have offered as much detail and screenshots as requested and still nada. I genuinely like the products and the range on offer, but the customer service process around refunds needs serious attention. I hope this is resolved soon and that other customers don’t find themselves in the same position.
