Solid HR System with Ongoing Improvements
Paycom has been a strong system for us overall. Our employees genuinely love the app—it’s intuitive, easy to use, and gives them more ownership over their information, which has reduced a lot of back-and-forth with HR. We also really appreciate the consistent updates and improvements. It’s clear Paycom is continuing to invest in and evolve the platform, which makes a big difference. One of the biggest highlights has been our Paycom specialist. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and feels like a true partner. The level of support and personalization we receive has made a meaningful impact. From the admin side, there are times when the backend can feel a bit burdensome and less intuitive than the employee experience. Some processes require more steps than expected, which can add to the administrative workload. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, especially on the employee side, and we appreciate the ongoing enhancements.
