I have a few worx tools but recently my trusty drill began to smoke.. even though it was way out of warranty I had good response to repair issues before with them.. so I called and was well treated by a lady! That I was extremely surprised and very thankful to them is to say the least..kind of feeling guilty about the results .. she replaced my discontinued model with a better one and added a battery to boot.. I don’t know what to do I don’t want to get her in trouble but feel that I should have been charged something.. thank you worx people and if there are satisfactions and recommendations beyond five stars I do here give them to you.
