I bought these shoes for my girlfriend
I bought these shoes for my girlfriend, and unfortunately, they were extremely uncomfortable and looked cheap. When I requested a return, FSJ initially told me I could keep the first pair and choose another pair instead. We tried again, selecting classic black high heels, but they arrived with an oversized belt/latch that looked completely ridiculous and served no purpose. When I reached out to FSJ’s return department, I was told I would have to return both pairs, which I did via USPS (the cheapest option I could find - $60). On top of that, while FSJ refunded the cost of the shoes, they did not refund the $30 shipping cost for the initial order. In the end, I lost $60 due to their product flaws and misleading handling of the return process. This was by far the worst return experience I’ve ever had. Their team seemed more focused on keeping the shoes to make money than actually helping the customer.
