I never thought it was possible to have such an enjoyable experience refinancing my Reverse Mortgage but Rodney Kalb made it so! He is a true professional and a person who makes you comfortable all the way thru the process. At times, I felt like I was being guided by a trusted family member. Rodney is efficient and seems to understand where you are in the process, and anticipates questions along the way. He was always there for me and I am so happy that I decided to go with Mutual of Omaha and even more happy that I was blessed with Rodney as my representative. Thanks for making this process so enjoyable, Rodney! ALL 5 STARS!
