Company is a joke!
I was selling my 2016 taurus to driveway. They told me they would buy my car for $3,450.00. Did I want the offer? Of course I said, yes. I filled out all the paperwork, sent in pictures, setup the bank info, so the money could be deposited, and even signed the title over. I put fair condition of the car because it is 10 years old and has $139,000 miles on it. I was told on the phone that they would just have to make sure the car started, which it did. When he came to my house, Richard, test drove it. He came back and said they didn't want it. It had some rattling and brakes needed fixing. This is terrible communication on their part. They shouldn't make an offer without looking at it first! They have you fill everything out, tell you a price and then go back on their word. I was told they would be unwinding the deal and would send me my title back. This is terrible way to handle business and a waste of everyone's time. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!
