Ordered pants April 4th. Got them a week later. Went on website to initiate a return today because they are to big And they give no option to get full refund like advertised. Money back within 30 days?? Options given are a gift card with Fanka or $11.20 cents back and I can keep pants. NOOO I want a full refund...The back and forth emailing is frustrating and very time consuming. FANKA Get a customer service phone number like everyone else. I am escalating this because is fraud. I tried to upload screenshot of option given but cant upload.
