NFL online shopping is a scam
NFL online shopping is a scam. Twice i placed an order and both times, I had to wait for more than a month and numerous emails to them before they tell me that the items are lost! Twice it happened. I have ordered many online items from Nike or Adidas without any issues. Only have this problem with NFL Shop. And now...so conveniently for them all the items that I ordered are OUT OF STOCK which leaves me no choice but to lose money on the exchange rates during a refund. This is utter disgusting! Worst Customer Experience ever from any organisation that I ever dealt with.
