Terrible company to work with
Terrible company to work with. I canceled and then was charged a few weeks later. When I contacted them they explicitly told me when I canceled it went to the lower tier. I kept explaining to them I thought I was canceling all services and even shared screenshots of the account which literally said "Canceled". They thanked me for the screenshots but robotically kept standing their ground and then threatened me saying they had all logs and would fight to the death so I couldn't get a refund because I was in the wrong. I was absolutely NOT in the wrong. They play games! Luckily my credit card is awesome and with my evidence I got my total refund back. They assured me I wouldn't be charged again but I do not trust them. Now, I'm trying to cancel the entire account and it's a pain. They came back initially and said "We don't have an account under that email." Which is a lie. That's the email the account it under. I replied with a screenshot to prove it to them. I'm now waiting for another reply. They play really dirty games. I would steer far and away from this company. There are much better Dropshippers out there that don't operate unethically like this. (CJ) I am warning you to stay away from this company.
