I purchased a Byron Buxton Minnesota Twins jersey from Fanatics on February 16th. It was a pre order jersey that was supposed to deliver to me in March 27th. So March roll around NO JERSEY. Fanatics BEEN got their money for the jersey. Fed me a bunch of BS saying it would ship now in April instead of March. They told me it would ship April 6th, next day they said April 7th, then I chatted with a live agent and he told me I would get a email 24 to 48 hours regarding my jersey but a week went by and nothing. So I got back with them and they said they would ship it April 11th. April 11th has come and gone and I got frustrated so I talked to another live agent and he said that those types of pre order jersey are first come which I paid for mine very early. I did get my money back but why lie about everything and post about it. It more like FALSE ADVERTISING if u ask me. Bad Business. They don't deserve 1 star. That's very messed up. Don't post your jerseys if u don't have them in stock SMH 🙄
