DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Order 2 btles of bourbon for an event paid the shipping to receive in plenty of time for the event. Got a email saying they sold more than they actually had!!! "Due to unexpectedly high demand following its recent “Best Bourbon in the World” recognition, we’re experiencing a short delay in fulfillment. Your order is secure, and we expect to begin shipping within the next two weeks." This happens not a problem so I found and purchased a replacement and emailed them at 11:18am 1.5 business days later. received a email at 4:53pm stating they got to work on this immediately but could stop it "I looked into this immediately for you, but I'm afraid it is too late to cancel the order. Your package has already been packed and passed on to the courier for shipping, and the label has been generated. Because it is already in the final stages of the fulfillment process, we are unable to pull it back." Strange the label wasn't created till 3:50pm Doesn't pass the sniff test
