Hello. My order number is #10186763. I placed my order on April 6th. I still haven't received a tracking number, and your support team is only replying with generic responses. If you do not ship my order within the next 48 hours, I will request a chargebac from my bank. Update: It’s already been a week. They said they had prioritized my order again and would send the tracking number, but they still haven’t sent it.
