Great shipping and customer service
I personally had a great experience with Pinkyparadise's shipping and customer service. While the website said my lenses would deliver within 21-30 days with standard shipping, mine came in just over 2 weeks. This will probably be different for everyone depending on where you live relative to their warehouse. Once my contacts arrived, I realised I forgot to specify which Spec (diameter and base curve) I wanted in the notes when I ordered them, so I got the incorrect one. I emailed customer support who got back to me within an hour and Nang provided easy to follow instructions on how to exchange the lenses. When I shipped them back to the warehouse, I even asked to exchange my original lenses for another pair and they had no problem exchanging them with the same prescription. Overall, I would definitely have no hesitation ordering from Pinkyparadise again now that I've learnt from my mistake and seen how helpful and quick the customer service is. Special thanks to Nang!
