Too Slow, Too Wrong, Too Useless
I would like to sincerely “thank” AMP Futures for not opening an account for me. It really takes talent to do that. I have been living in Ireland for 4 years with a valid residence permit. Apparently, a Ukrainian citizen with Irish residency is an unsolvable puzzle for them, yet their support somehow manages to “brilliantly” misinterpret rules about restrict to the point where facts no longer matter. Special respect for their speed. Replying once a week is impressive. It genuinely feels like there is one person there who reads the rules, misunderstands them, and then needs a full week to recover. The more reviews I read about them, the more grateful I am that these lazy “professionals” cannot even correctly read or apply a government restrictions. The internet confirms it too. This is not a one off case, it is their standard way of operating. Final verdict. If you value your time and nerves, stay away from this company. It is not just bad, it has clearly degraded into complete uselessness. ps. Look at the response from these “professionals” and judge for yourself. There doesn’t seem to be even basic logic here. if someone lives for years in another country on a legal basis, what restrictions are supposed to apply in reality? They themselves refer to countries, yet completely ignore actual place of residence. Hard to take this level of “professionalism” seriously.
