This is about our water company in Portsmouth who were fined a lot of money and were then allowed to pass the fine onto the water consumers so our bills went up by hundreds of pounds. Recently Emma Reynolds the MP controlling this department stated that Thames water customers would not be picking up the bill for their fines. I emailed her and the department and got a fence sitting nonsensical reply. Yet another reason to get rid off these unethical and unprofessional losers. They are not worth 1 star.
