Damaged upon arrival
This is the second time I have ordered from the website and the item was either missing or damaged. First time I ordered World Series hats after Blue Jays clinched finals, package arrived empty so some employee stole it. Second time I have order a set of 2 mugs, Blue Jays anniversary. Package arrived but items were broken and in the bubble wrap, means the items were already damaged upon shipping.
