Visited the DBS Bank branch at Westgate and had a very unpleasant experience. There was a male staff in a white long-sleeve shirt (appears to be a meet-and-greet staff) who was extremely unhelpful and came across as arrogant. Instead of assisting customers, his attitude made me feel judged and unwelcome — truly disappointing for a bank that prides itself on customer service. Customer-facing staff should at least show basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience fell far below expectations. Hope the management looks into this seriously and provides better training. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.
