Vaultek safe with biometric access…excellent customer service
I bought this Vaultek safe specifically for the biometric access, and it has been exactly what I was hoping for. The fingerprint reader is quick and reliable, and being able to open it with a single touch gives me real peace of mind knowing I can access it when needed while still keeping things secure. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. I recently opened a support ticket, and they were responsive right away. They asked a few straightforward questions, didn’t drag anything out, and stood behind their product completely. No runaround, no hassle. They sent me a replacement safe at no cost.
