Incredible Customer Service
I had an issue where I felt that I wasn't treated as well as I could've been as a Beta teaster for Zellerfeld shoes. After reaching out and getting a very prompt response from a worker named Emily, they made me feel very appreciated as a customer. The products may be a little different and may not be for everyone, but I do believe this is an trustworthy business with customer service that other brands should try and emulate.
