Pestie - Effective and convenient product brought me in but the customer support is what keeps me here
Using Pestie has been quite good thus far in preventing bugs from getting into the home in the first place - and it's easy to use. However, I will say that Baylee in customer support is what drove me to even write this review at all. We have been seeing house centipedes around that weren't responding to the treatment we had been doing and Baylee was very kind, got the relevant information, and made the decision to quickly send us another treatment that would be more targeted towards these pests for free! They even sent an email with the specific tips on application for the new treatment to make sure we got it right this time! That type of customer support is honestly something that I find to be quite rare - especially these days when it seems every company is going towards fully AI generated support chats. My interaction with Baylee is specifically what made me decide to continue with another annual subscription. Great service, great product, would recommend.
