I ordered a Schwarber Phillies jersey…
I ordered a Schwarber Phillies jersey for my husband. We were excited when it was delivered. It was his birthday gift. Well since his birthday was out of baseball season, he waited till opening day to wear his New Jersey. Someone point out to us that the jersey that I spent almost $200 bucks on, was defective. The players name is completely misspelled on it. Obviously we didn’t notice it until he actually wore it and which was 6 months after it was delivered. They refused to help me with the matter and only offered me a coupon to use on existing orders when I’ve already spend a lot of money on that jersey. All i wanted was a replacement. I was willing to send the original back. This is an error your company made, and yet I’m stuck with the horrible product. Do not order from this company. They don’t care if they mess up and aren’t willing to make it right. I will be leaving this same review on every platform so people know to stay away and not spend money on your business.
