I was having trouble with my new hearing aids and called Nebroo to return them. Luckily Larry answered my call. He very patiently walked me through all the steps from getting the correct fit, testing all 6 volumes, to understanding and testing the 4 levels of locations. I could not have found a more knowledgeable tutor. I am very happy with my Nebroo hearing aids now!
