Audible Customer Service Fail
I had an issue with Audible. On my last two books it stopped playing with an error code IP – 4562. I called customer service twice. They said they were escalating it -twice they said that. They said I would get an email or a phone call. I never got either. AI just helped me fix my problem. Shame on you, Audible customer service support.
