If shipping goes bad you get any customer service from this company
I ordered a rack with route protection, paying an additional $14.58. Unfortunately, the item was packaged so poorly that it came apart during shipping, and I’m now missing a rubber foot, making it unusable. Trying to get this small replacement part has been an endless and frustrating process, with no meaningful response. I can’t understand why such a simple issue hasn’t been resolved. I had planned to order additional large items after clearing out a room in my home, but this experience has changed that. They’ve lost my business.
