Trying hard to problem solve
The dresses took several weeks to arrive and then only after a reminder. I received a small gift as compensation. Despite ignoring the advice to order a size or two bigger than my usual size, all three dresses were too big, two only slightly and still ok to wear, but one much too big. They were all the smallest size, weirdly labelled L. I am currently in the process of trying to organise a replacement for one of the dresses. There is no smaller size. Have been advised to keep the dress and choose another item if I like. There will be a charge of $24 for handling, postage, duty etc. I also have to write a review! My emails have been replied to promptly. All in all, pleased with the company’s attempt to solve the problem. The quality of the dresses is ok.
