“Sold item they didn’t have in stock — 16 days wasted”
Ordered an Apple Watch Series 6 on April 4th. Was promised 3-5 working days delivery. After 16 days, multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, they finally admitted they never had the item in stock and offered a refund. Zero proactive communication throughout. This is not the first time this has happened with CompAsia. Buyers beware — verify stock availability before paying.
